Updates for the Regera and upcoming updates [NFSPS]

The Regera got an update, mostly on the script.

Fixes brought by this script:

- The script now works with the latest version of Vlt-Ed.
- Ride height outside of the garage has been fixed (no more giraffe-like Regera's)
- Now Drag versions use proprely the same wheel positions and sets defined for them instead of the original CCX.
- WheelWell value has been left untouched. No more wheels clipping through the car's body
- No more wheels clipping through the car's body (either at high speed or not)
- Hood camera have been updated and centered.

- Mazda Furai
- McLaren P1
- McLaren 570GT
- Lexus RC-F (along with a complete revamp of the mod.)
